Self Empowerment Blog: How to Make Your Dreams Come True

In Self Empowerment, Transforming Your Life

There’s a lot of misunderstandings about dreams that can mess up your manifesting. Watch this video & get the divine download on how dreams really do come true. Choose self empowerment, choose self-love.

I have some questions for you love…

What is your Sacred Dream for the World?

What is your Sacred Dream for Yourself this year?

And are you going about dreaming in the ‘right’ way?

I used to think that dreams happened in the future, that I had to pursue them, manifest them, make them happen, or just get lucky. And that caused a lot of pressure, disappointment and frankly hard work.

There is SO much misunderstanding about how dreams really work — information telling you to make vision boards, to apply the Law of Attraction, to manifest your soul mate or more money in simple 7 steps, or whatever as if dreams are some magic trick that pop out of a hat. As if you just have the right thoughts and focus hard enough, you’ll get exactly what you want. And it just doesn’t work that way.

It’s not that the Law of Attraction, or vision boards or desiring a soul mate or money is incorrect, it’s the energy, the ego, and the attachment, and the partial truths and over-simplification that lead to misunderstandings that can lead you into a lot of disappointment, stress, and pressure around your dreams becoming your reality.

So when I thought about what I could share with you this week – as I myself dream and watch my sacred dream for the world and for myself come true – I knew I had to share 3 pieces of wisdom that can straighten out misunderstandings about dreams and manifesting … so the divine flow can move through you. Self empowerment is all about being the queen or king of your own domain, and being the monarch of your own dreams (with a divine partnership of course!)

With right understanding about sacred dreams, I’ve watched my dream to co-create a world rooted in self-love, where children and adults can always source love from inside themselves grow… from one party in a friend’s house in Chicago in 2006 to the international Self-Love Day – Feb 13th – which last year touched over 41 countries, tens of thousands of people with 800 people throwing self-love parties… a self-love concert we video-streamed around the world … and super-powered self-love retreats… all of which we will be occurring again this year (and you are invited!!!)

Watch this Love Letter video and clear the way for your sacred dream for the world and for yourself this year to come in. And then put Self Love Day on your calendar and choose how you will participate this year!

AND… I’d LOVE to witness YOUR SACRED DREAMS!
Post your Sacred Dream For the World and Your Sacred Dream for Yourself for this year, here and I’ll witness, bless it and send you divine love.

Here, I’ll start — ‘My sacred dream for the world is that we live in a world in which every child born is born connected to love and stays connected to love – never losing the thread of love or the feeling that they are loved.” “My sacred dream for myself in 2015 is that I live in a home that is a beautiful, spacious, love filled retreat home AND that I travel the world sharing the message of love and experiencing the love and beauty this world and its people have to offer.”

Okay, now your turn… post here now.

To deepen your self-love, make this the year, the year you love yourself more by joining me at the Love Club, where together we will grow a branch of self-love every month, all year long.

My big sacred dream for the world is that we develop better methods to heal (physically and mentally) those who have been severely injured or have intense disease processes occurring, enabling those whose lives haves been drastically changed to once again experience a high quality of life.
My sacred dream for myself is that I am accepted into Stanford to finish my PhDs in Regenerative Medicine and Nursing, help to revolutionize the way we treat people in healthcare, and that I am finally content and settled in my life and where I am living. I am hopeful that the Stanford area will nurture my career development and my soul as I continue forward in my life, and that I will be able to make a positive impact on the world by being there.

My big dream for the world is that babies born in industrialised countries have gentle births that empower mothers. If babies have well prepared gentle births then they are born with an intact ability to love and trust.Skin to skin contact immediately after birth, whether full-term or premature, and full breastfeeding all contributing to robust health mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. There will be no need to build self-esteem because it will have always flourished!
My Big Dream for myself – To live from my heart and trust the Divine to guide my steps each moment. To fully realise that I am a Sovereign Being and responsible for everything that happens to me mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. To grasp every opportunity and be open and responsive in new ways that invite the other person. To invite new friends that I can have stimulating interactions with and a warm, caring, touching lover. To be able to be nurturing to the other and to myself. To live in a way that demonstrates what is possible in a loving, caring relationship with myself and others.

May 2014 be a wonderful year for us all. May the truth be seen and brought to the light on so many topics in our culture.

    Love,
    Melanie

My big dream for myself this year is to learn to LET GO… of doubt, guilt, lies, excuses, expectations of others, and gossip. For me, this is the year of SUBTRACTION, taking away what is really not serving me in any way, in order to make room for what truly matters to me.

My big dream for the world is that we can all learn to stop working against each other and start working WITH each other, and really learn to focus on what really matters (relationships, health, etc.) and stop wasting all of our energy on the things that really don’t matter (having the nicest house, working the most hours, making the most money, wearing the nicest clothes, etc.)

Thank you Christine, for helping me to believe that it is possible to live your dreams. I also would love to travel the world, more than anything. I always have that itch in the back of my mind, to GET OUT THERE and experience the world.

I love you, Christine, and all that you do!!! Brava, Queen of Self-Love!!!

My dream for the world is that the shift in human consciousness that author John Edgar Wideman predicted in the early eighties come to full fruition and form. He felt that the next shift in our beings as humans was a shift in human consciousness, and with the rise in interest in items of the Spirit and with our beloved Marianne Williamson running for the Senate in California, that shift is on its way!!!

My personal dream is that I will walk the path that God has laid before me of growing my intuitive counseling practice and launching my business and seeing it through to profitability. Profitability will lead to the launch of my non-profit and even more good for those who have survived trauma and those who love, support, and treat them.

My dreams, our dreams–all good for the world!!!

What a wonderful message. It’s true, you have to love what you have before you can love what you don’t have. Thanks for the reminder. My dream this year is to stay in gratitude and know that I am a creation of love in this world. More important however, is to realize this when vibrationally things are not necessarily working out the way I think they should. The divine is God, without God we are nothing. Count on the Holy Spirit to carry you through. Thank you Christine!

I was praying this morning to my unseen friends and guides, asking for help co-creating my wonderfully successful and prosperous coaching/teaching/speaking/facilitation/writing business of sharing tools, techniques, practices and messages that help people to live happier, more personally meaningful and rewarding lives. That’s my dream for my business and for the world (happier, fulfilled people!). I also dream of living in a lovely, bigger home later this year, of going on a family trip with the whole clan, and seeing my husband prosper and flourish in his life. I adore the message of “allow” and “co-create,” ‘cuz 2013 was a lot of labor and I’m needing a little rest and renewal right now, even as I’m launching a coaching practice. I therefore welcome divine partnership! Thanks so much for doin’ what you do, Christine! Blessings to all…
