The Path of Self Love offers personal development and  professional self love trainings.


Our trainings are rooted in our proven, practical – and fun – self love methodologies we’ve tested and refined for almost 15 years. As pioneers in self-love education, our methods get to the HEART, giving people tools + wisdom that support emotional and mental wellness, healthy relationships, aligned career & life choices, and whole-person healing 


We run two introductory self love trainings and programs every year: Self Love Essentials, a 12-week professional training for those who serve and support others; and The Yoga of Self Love, a personal support structure where you receive practices + teachings monthly focused on one of the branches of self-love.

This professional 12-week training is for people who guide and support others in emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellness and wholeness… to create meaningful lives and healthy relationships … using the power of self-love, in real, practical & potent ways. 

You will receive tools and practices rooted in tested and proven self-love methodology, designed specifically for you to use with the people you work with, influence and guide, now.

Practices & Wisdom for Staying True & Connected to Yourself

Yoga means union. The Yoga of Self-Love gives you simple but mighty practices that empower you to create more calm, clarity and courage within by creating a deeper union with yourself. 

You won’t have to do bendy postures.

You will receive practices that cultivate mental, emotional and physical wellness from within. That get you connected to your true self, so the choices you make every day and in big ways are aligned and right for you.

Based on the 10 branches of self-love. Do self-led or come to monthly live Heart Harmonizing Sessions and connect in community.
