Our mission is to:
ONE: Create a world in which every child is born connected to love and stays connected to love, because they know how to source love from within. This can only happen if we model, embody and live self-love. We can only influence, guide and support others to love themselves when we ourselves embody the wholeness that true self-love gives us.
TWO: Educate young women between the ages of 8 and 33 on how to cultivate a strong inner foundation of self-love. Specifically we focus on the branches of self-trust, self-acceptance, self-compassion and self-worth, to give the future leaders, mothers and voices of our world the tools they need NOW to make WISE choices that honor their bodies, keep them true to themselves, realize emotional & mental wellness and empower them to unleash their full potential and power.

Some of our focused intentions are to:
- Raise awareness about self-love – what it REALLY is. Self Love is not a bubble bath, a meme or just self-care. It’s the deep unwavering respect, honor, and trust we have in ourselves that impacts every decision we make.
- Change the cultural understanding, definition and practicality of self-love in the world of mental health, employee wellness, leadership and education. At the worst, self love is defined as narcissism. Mental wellness without emotional wellness (self-love) doesn’t stick.
- Provide and share a proven, practical and potent self-love curriculum and methodology of tools, processes, assessments, practices – to the people who work with, support, educate and influence others.
- Impact significant inter-generational change by focusing both on our young people and on those who support and serve them.
- Make teaching young women to be WISE as essential as teaching them STEM.
- Ending the epidemic of self-bullying, burnout and anxiety increasing in our young people.
3 Ways You Can Start Working With the Self Love Curriculum and Tools with Others

Be a Self-Love Ambassador
Become part of a legion of people around the world who choose to socially pollinate the world with love and self-love during key times of the year when we feel like the world can use a #loveboost and needs a good #lovebeam

Hold a Self Love Circle
Every February, in honor of Self Love Day 2/13, we invite people to hold gatherings in their local communities any time in February that support the message and medicine of self-love. We create a guidebook, you call the circle. Fun + powerful!

Teach Self Love to Others
We have some of the best self-love “technology” – assessments, tools, processes, practices, wisdom – that has taken over a decade to develop and test on 35,000 people. We offer a ‘teacher training’ for those who desire to more powerfully and masterfully guide and teach others self-love.
We also work with organizations, schools, companies, non-profits,
and other social movements whose mission aligns with ours.
We create customized self love curriculum based in self-love, supporting emotional and mental wellness for your leaders, staff and for the people you serve.

Here are some of the partners we have worked with on customized self love curriculum, workshops, trainings and groups.

Working with the power of Equine Experiential Healing + Valley of the Moon Children’s Home + Self Love Heart Art to heal the hearts of girls & boys who have had to leave their abusive and neglected homes to find places that can care for them better www.BelosCavalos.org

Working with high school and middle school girls to transform self bullying and negative self talk into self-love. Teaching girls how to discern between the voice of fear and of their Inner Wisdom so they can stay true to themselves, trust themselves and make the best choices for themselves.

Working with Chicago inner city charter schools during the month of February to bring awareness to self-bullying in both boys and girls as a way to reduce bullying of others and increases self-compassion and self esteem. Also taught the 10 branches of self-love to the kids in a pilot DARE TO BE YOU month long curriculum during February.

Held events and workshops in multiple cities with girls and women to transform negative self talk and self bullying and to unleash their inner power and self expression through creating a pair of “LOVE JEANS” that expressed their personal story and authentic self, and that they could wear to support them when they needed to feel loved or find their courage and truth.
