There next session is all about working with others to transform negative relationship patterns, cultivate more love in their lives, and create healthy, loving, respectful relationships.
The self love methodology has been tested on ages from 6 to 86, and is some of the best I’ve seen for teaching self-trust, empowerment and compassion, including how to teach people to listen to their inner wisdom and tell the difference between the voice of fear and the voice of loving truth.
